Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

For contracts regarding the delivery of data not contained on a physical data carrier, which is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the contract conclusion.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the contract conclusion, are not a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of the contract conclusion is outside the European Union.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the contract is performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, including the aforementioned conditions for the early expiration of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
